Barclays Bank is about as coporate and dry as get, but to their credit they do have an over the top customer service. We extended this customer-first focus to YouTube by creating a Rube Goldberg type machine that skips barclays own pre-roll ad so people don't have to lift a finger. That's what I call great service.
